Strategically situated in the Port of Rotterdam, our terminal boasts advanced infrastructure with large deep-water berths and facilities, facilitating the storage and transshipment of a wide range of liquid bulk products.
The 420-meter-long sea jetty can simultaneously accommodate two large seagoing vessels and two river barges. In 2017, the terminal more than doubled its capacity to 490,000 CBM and is currently expanding its berth capacity accordingly. A significant portion of this capacity is designated for storing clean petroleum products, while the rest is allocated to biofuels.
In 2019, the terminal added six biofuel storage tanks with a total capacity of 20,000 CBM. As a result, HBTT’s total capacity now stands at 510,000 CBM.
Our storage tanks are equipped with fixed roofs and internal floating roofs. The terminal is recognized as one of the most environmentally friendly tank terminals worldwide and is the first in the Netherlands to receive ISO 28001 certification.
Fujairah Oil Terminals FZC (FOT) is a world-class onshore oil storage facility with a capacity of 1.177 million cubic meters, located in the rapidly growing port of Fujairah, situated in the United Arab Emirates outside the Straits of Hormuz on the Indian Ocean.
FOT operates as an independent third-party storage provider and is owned by a group of shareholders, including the government of Fujairah.
